Glossophobia
The fear of public speaking is called glossophobia or informally stagefright. Most people have this fear which is over 70% and is sayed to rank higher than death, meaning most people would prefeably die than make a speech to a crowd. One can not really say that good orators are born or made but sometimes a combination of the both, some people are already good at public speaking its just that they get training to improve on their skills.

Real Work
Whats more fun then having so much to do yet you get to manage your time well for the tasks, what I mean to say is giving yourself as much work to complete at less time actually ends up building your working ability skills, putting yourself under pressure with work is not at all bad as some people think because that's the only way to the top and those at the top got there on that route. Not only can it be fun if you belief in yourself while doing so but prepares you for the world out there, "the big bad world" as one of my grade 12 school teachers used to call it."Its dog eat dog" he would continue, we would laugh as we found it amusing and not realizing that it is in fact true and he was trying to prepare us by encouraging us to put in more effort in our school work.
On the other hand its quite interesting to only realize now that the world is a tough place to live in and everyone seems to try and make it better for themselves. Basically what I'm trying to say is that doing one task at a time often makes you lazier than the other person who does a couple of tasks at the same time and ends up completing those task at the same time as you who only completed one.
More like someone taking one step at a time while the other person will take two or more at the time taken by the first one.
The more work you do the more you are training yourself to be a better and efficient scholar or employee depending on what in the you are doing, and always try to motivate yourself or get yourself one if you don't have already and never put yourself down no matter what others say or the circumstances.
